However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to change our business model and data practices, including by:

  • Introducing advertising or sponsored content

  • In the cloud. We may store information on cloud infrastructure providers and related hosting providers that process data on our behalf.
  • By service providers. We may use vendors and service providers such as analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, customer support, security, and similar providers to help us operate and improve the Services.

Our service providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions, under contracts intended to protect information and to limit their use of information to providing services to us (except where otherwise permitted by law).

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as we determine necessary or appropriate for business purposes, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless prohibited by law. We are not obligated to retain information for any particular period.

10. Data Deletion Requests

10.1 In-App Account Deletion

We provide an in-app account deletion feature accessible from the Account screen. When you use this feature:

  • Your account and associated data stored in our active cloud systems (including Firebase) will be deleted
  • Deletion is irreversible with respect to active systems, and once completed your data cannot be recovered by you or by us
  • You may create a new account using the same login credentials after deletion; however, no prior data will be restored or associated with any new account

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before initiating account deletion
  • We have no obligation to provide notice, confirmation, or a cooling-off period beyond what is presented in the Service at the time of deletion
  • We are not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from your decision to delete your account, including loss of workout history, fitness data, settings, or other information
  • Deletion through the in-app feature constitutes your voluntary, informed decision to permanently remove your account from active systems

10.2 Deletion Requests by Other Means

You may also request deletion by contacting: contact@blueprintfitnesstech.com

We may honor such requests at our discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may retain information as permitted or required by law, including for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, backup, operational continuity, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10.3 Limitations

Deletion may not immediately remove information from backup, archival, log, security, fraud-prevention, aggregated, de-identified, derived, or legally required retention systems, which may retain information for limited periods consistent with lawful purposes.

We do not guarantee the timing, completeness, or permanent erasure of information to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Third-party services, platforms, or integrations that may have received or processed your information are not controlled by us and may retain information according to their own policies.

11. Data Access and Export Requests

11.1 In-App Data Export

We provide an in-app data export feature accessible from the Account screen. This feature allows you to generate a file containing your user data, which you may save outside of the application. The export feature is subject to the following limitations:

  • Exports are limited to once per seven (7) day period
  • The export generates a file in a format determined by us, which may change at any time
  • The export includes data as it exists in our systems at the time of export and may not include all historical data, metadata, derived data, aggregated data, or system-generated information

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Exported data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose
  • You are solely responsible for the security, storage, and use of any exported data once it leaves our systems
  • We are not responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or processing of exported data after export, including by third parties or external systems
  • We may modify, limit, or discontinue the export feature at any time without notice
  • Export functionality and data formats are provided for convenience only and do not create any obligation to maintain compatibility or provide ongoing export capabilities

You may also request access or export by contacting: contact@blueprintfitnesstech.com

We may provide access or export at our discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not guarantee format, completeness, timeliness, or availability.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We have no obligation to restore or recover data
  • Blueprint Fitness is not responsible or liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any information you consider important
